I’m Victoria Steward, a business coach and consultant for soul-led entrepreneurs, coaches and service providers. I help them get financially clear, energetically aligned, and deeply rooted in business strategy that actually works for them.
With over 20 years of experience in engineering, systems and project management, plus deep training in Reiki, energetic healing, and financial clarity coaching, I blend left-brain logic and structure with right-brain wisdom.
My clients are intuitive, passionate changemakers who are ready to stop scrambling and start building the business, and more importantly a life they actually want.
I never imagined I’d be an entrepreneur. After two decades working with the Navy in test & evaluation, fleet training and facilities management, I knew how to lead teams and solve complex problems, but I felt called to something more holistic.
In 2023, I took the leap into energy healing, financial coaching, and intentional entrepreneurship. I’m currently completing my Profit for Keeps® certification (2025) and training as a VITA™ Sex, Love, and Relationship Coach (2026), blending these modalities with intuitive consulting and project-based strategy.
